Log out of TC (upper right) and then close the browser.
Clearing the cookies might help.

Re: Token Expired

I don't understand that you are able to post and start this thread but can't post a reply to another thread... What thread are you trying to post to so I can look into this further?

Re: Token Expired

Done all of the browser stuff as suggested. Was trying to reply to a post under Engine which I started the other day.

Thanks for your help. I will try posting another reply now and see if it works yet

Re: Token Expired

Look on the botton left of the screen and let me know what style is selected in the box just under "Ads by Google" Then change it to ---large font and try to post again.

took over an hour of trying to finally get this posted.

I've had the same issue over the last few months... used to be isolated to my Firefox which is my main browser. It then started with IE also. I use Chrome to post replies now.

did reinstalls, dumped caches, deleted cookies, changed security settings, changed proxy settings, changed firewall settings... nothing consistently helped. Thats the main reason I don't post very often any more.... a complete pain in the *ss. Doesn't matter if it's a reply, quick reply, new post... it's a issue with me and this site, and this site only. Windows 7 home premium, 20Meg Cable modem, any and all browsers.

There's a ton of info on the 'net about similar issues with forum postings at many different sites. Most seem to point to back-end software ran by the various forums.

surprise, surprise..... got done typing this, went to post on Firefox and got this message. Had to open up Chrome to reply to this forum. Doesn't happen on any of the others that I visit.

then with Chrome got this: (so will try IE next ) ridiculous. It's not even hardly worth visiting the site anymore since you can't interact with postings. Definitely ONLY happens for me on this site.

by the way, got the same thing with IE also.
Finally after complete frustration, and getting ready to quit, tried Firefox one more time in "private browsing" mode after re-opening it and clearing everything from cache, history, cookies, for the 4th time.

Thanks for checking on this Dennis. I had given up on the issue, and just assumed it was an issue on my end that I never could find. At least someome else has the problem too.... I'm sure it could still be our issue, but at least I may get some direction in where to look for a fix. This one was sent from mobile......never seen an issue with this method, just not convenient.
