Double billing

I was notified that my yearly dues were automatically taken on the 27th from my Paypal account, not once, but twice. My account information does show this is paid up until 2015, but that is not the way I do business.

I sent a message to the contact address but have had no reply.
Has anyone else been billed twice?

Hi Shawn, please PM me your paypal email address and I'll get that sorted out for you. Please make sure you go into your paypal account and turn off the auto-renewal option in there under the subscription as it's the only way to prevent this from happening.

Thanks. PM sent. I found that I had 2 accounts for Autoforum at Paypal and both automatically renewed. I have now closed one and will leave the other open for my yearly renewal.
