Membership Help

When I originally joined Camaros.net, I paid $19.99 for a 1 year membership.

In Nov 2014, I decided to buy the Lifetime Gold Membership for $59.99.

My Paypal account was charged again in Mar 2015 for $19.99, and I no longer have Gold Membership status when I post comments.

Can someone help me?

Thank you for letting us know about this Matt.
The membership was on your account but the premium membership was displaying as the primary group.

Can you send me a PM with the transaction number for the payment from march 2015 as well as the email linked to your PayPal account. I can get the money refunded to you.

Also you will need to go into your PayPal settings and cancel the subscription for the Premium membership.


This is how you would do it:

1. Log into your paypal control panel.
2. Click on your history tab.
3. Find the subscription in your history and click on it.
4. You will be given the option to cancel the subscription or renew it. Select cancel.
You may also find it by doing an advanced search using your subscription number.
