Send us a PM with your Transaction ID, Paypal Email address, and Full name for the Premium Membership payment. We'll investigate and provide a refund.
To remove the auto-renewal, this needs to be done from within PayPal.
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My money.
4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
5. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
As the premium payment came after the lifetime membership, you were showing as a premium member. I have updated your account to show Lifetime.
