Is their a way to post a picture from a file on my computers hard drive, or do I have to post the picture on a site and link it to the post. If so how do I do it.

You will have to put them on a site ( www.photobucket.com ) is a free pic storage site which will resize them for you and then you click on the image link highlighting it and then right click and select copy. You then go to the page you want to insert it into and right click again and select paste. It should drop the link into the space and then all you have to do is continue on with your post.
