Yep - be sure to include the email header information.

FYI - NO bank or other company like this will EVER email you asking you to login.

If you see any emails like this, feel free to use your bookmark/favorite and go to the site manually. NEVER use links inside the email.

If you roll your mouse over the links you will see they actually go to different URLs.

Re: PayPal Scam

Another way to tell a scam is to carefully read all of the text because there will almost always be some improper grammar or mispelled words. Notice in the first screenshot the word "choise" instead of choice and the word "temporaly" instead of temporarily.

Re: PayPal Scam

That scam has been around for 4-5 years. The toughest one is when you open up an auction and you click anywhere on the screen and it quickly links you to a page that appears to be the ebay login page where you have to relog in and enter your password. Thats the best one I have seen.

Re: PayPal Scam

I have just reported two different scam e-mails in a row. E-bay says they are really concerned, but this has been going on for years! I would think they could have figured these guys out by now................

Re: PayPal Scam

As with any email scam, a link to click on will be there and highlighted as a link they want you to click on. Never click on it, just put your cursor over it and read the info at the bottom tool bar. You will not see https://www.paypal.com but you will see http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt%20%20LaSV6...b2NpIHBpc2VtYX

Sooo.....NEVER click on anything you do not know who its from or what its for !
