Re: poll tests

Not sure what piece I don't get yet. I deleted all but 1 picture that it tells me I have on here and still can't seem to get anything working.

http://i1320.photobucket.com/albums/...ps5rygmk79.jpg <-- Would I paste this into upload a file from URL If I had space or what not? I want to do what you did, but must be too stupid to figure it out.

Re: poll tests

Nope you use HTML to link to your Photobucket account. Photobucket takes care of the syntax just by hitting the share button. It generates the Image statement in HTML that allows your photo to be seen.

By the way unless you delete everything before the [IMG statement and the [URL end brace it will allow any one who sees that picture access to your account if it is marked as being public (versus Private). I have 1300 car part pictures on my account without even a picture of my dog so if any one wants to look, have at it, but others have embarrassing photos posted on who knows what sever with who knows what access.

Re: poll tests

i tried a couple more ideas to attach and the site tells me to get lost with my invalid junk. I actually only made that photo bucket thing to post car pictures, so I don't care who sees what either. I had like 2 pictures posted on here directly and it said I had no more space, so I figured outside linking would work to fix that.

How about this: I go to photobucket, click the 3 lines on a picture and click on share. It brings up a share thing with Direct, HTML, & IMG links. I click the HTML option, copy it and here it is:

<a href="http://s1320.photobucket.com/user/Nacho82/media/wheel_face_zpsagvxs44d.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1320.photobucket.com/albums/u534/Nacho82/wheel_face_zpsagvxs44d.jpg" border="0" alt="Wheel_Face photo wheel_face_zpsagvxs44d.jpg"/></a>

I try to load that into attachments and it said invalid file.

Selecting the IMG option and copy of it gets me this:

The same invalid file again. I really figured this would be a pretty simple process (surely it is and I am just dense) to post up something.

Re: poll tests

Well then, just straight up pasting the IMG link did exactly what I was trying to do. How funny to see the picture after crafting up my post. Last test to see if I got this now:

When I first saw it:
