Cleaning and Lubing Window Mechanisms

Hey All, I'm finally getting around to working on my doors and quarters. I'm pulling out all the mechanisms so that I can dynamat the backside of the door-skins and quarters. While out I'm going to degrease all the parts and replace the rollers.

What kind of lubricant should I use on the window crank pinion and gear? What should I use on the rollers and tracks?

And... What do you guys use as a spanner for the window roller nuts?

Thanks!

I use super lube on the window parts. There is a special socket for the roller nuts, or you can grind down one of your sockets.

The socket idea worked perfectly and I have found the Super Lube nearby. Thanks Keith!
