I installed an electric choke kit on my 850 DP a couple of months ago and have been fighting to get it adjsuted correctly since. If I adjust it to where the choke comes on enough at the first start to keep it running, then it idles at 1500 rpm for about 15 minutes. I turned the housing CW to reduce the amount of choke, but now it dies the first time, but will run ok after a minute or so. Also, it seems like the choke is getting stuck because if I blip the gas after it is warmed up the idle comes down to 1000 where it should be. Is there supposed to be some magical setup for these things. Any help would be appreciated.
