Thumbs up

A new gas station opened up a few weeks ago right down the street from my school. They sell 100 octane Sonoco Race Fuel at the pump!! All 16 pumps have a dedicated nozzle for the Race Fuel. It costs $4.00 a gallon, but I thought it was pretty darn cool to see it!!!

Just thought some of you guys would get a kick out of that.

Somebody must be trying to captialize on the fact that there are two race tracks right up the road. I bet the place does a booming business on Sat. afternoons.

I haven't seen it yet, fill me in next time your over. Or better yet bring 10 gallons with you.

I have a Shell station very close to me that sells 100 octane gas. I wonder whose gas it is or does shell make race gas?

I haven't heard of Shell making high-octane gas, but that doesn't mean they don't. It seems kinda contradictory when you consider their recent sappy ad campaign that talks about how environmentally conscious the company is if they started marketing 100 octane gas.
