i just got my dream car, a 69 camaro. the car is a X55 SS350, 4 speed, 12 bolt. its strait with a little rust around the rear glass and trunk but the paint is nice, it has a cowl hood, rear spoiler, rear bumper gaurds, front discs and manual steering. the engine is not correct but it has a DZ302 complete w/ correct heads and intake. the interrior is perfect except for a warped dash pad. i paid $4000 even, what do you think it is worth?

Silk,
I'm truly sorry for your most unfortunate experience. As a way of trying to make this up to you I am willing to take the vehicle off your hands for what you paid for it.

Just one quick question; what did you use, some secret pictures or a .38?

turns out i just heard about the car through the grape vine, this guy needed the money to finish remodeling his house. i have been wanting one for about 16 years. the wait was worth it. i never thought i would get to drive a camaro with a 302, w/4:10 gears this thing pulls hard im impressed. as far as selling the engine, i do plan on removing it for a 350 but im not sure if i should let it go. the weird thing is i got the protect-o-plate for the Z/28 the engine came from, the cars suposed to be in a junk yard near me somewhere. it would be nice if i found it.

Silk,

Where is SpringLake at? I live about 30 miles from Raleigh. Let me know about the other car, where its located, etc.
