I am looking for a exploded view or diagram of the '68 manual shifter steering column. Mine seems to be in decent shape but I would like to clean it and lube the bearings. I'm a little scared to take it apart without a pic to help put it back together!
Thanks and feel free to e-mail pics or drawings or whatever helps.

Get a 68 camaro shop repair manual. They're available in reprint and have a complete diagram and procedure for dis-assembling the column.

Just sent you an email with pics and text that should help. Remember to replace the rag joint as long as you've got the column out, they're cheap, try to use the old hardware, since the replacement rag joints hardware is lacking somewhat.
