Question

there is piece of trim between the package tray and the rear window what is this called?
and who carries it. the is on a 67 coupe.

I've had two parts house send me the plastic piece that goes around the top of the window but that not what I need.

help!

If your talking about what I think your talking about, it will come from a donor car and to be honest with you, I dont know what the correct name is for it. There should be 5 pieces to it, correct? The sides, corners and the bottom piece because the top has a plastic strip.

it would be 3-4 inches wide,and run from under the sailpanel around the back of the package tray and under the other sail panel.

YES I believe it has seprate corners which would make 5 pieces.

i want to place an add in the wanted section but don't know what to call it !

It is part of the uni-body, not a seperate piece, therefore no unique name. Corners are separate.

A custom cut on a donor car is the only avenue open. Then you have some welding to do.

Correct...it's part of the car's body, and on most 69's (and probably most first gens) it's usually a bit rusted from a back glass that's no longer keeping out the moisture. If anyone sells the two corner pieces, I'd like to know as well. Thx

The corner pieces are available from resto houses for about $30. I've also seen original ones on ebay for about $15-20.
