Question

Hey does anyone know if there is a company out there that makes a turbo kit for a 305 TPI? I know vortech makes a supercharger kit but its an expensive kit for only 80+ HP.....What I really want is a way to get some more HP out of my engine. I have about 4000-4500 to spend and I want it to run low 12's maybe even high 11's. Anyone out there have any suggestions?
