I recently replaced my heater controls on my 69 Camaro. The control cables connect to the heater controls with a small metal clip holding the cable to the control arms. When I removed the clips they broke.
Does anyone know where I can get these clips or a substitute for them?

They are small flat, round pieces of metal with a whole in the middle and small slits in them. They just snap over the control arm.
Thanks,

You might try a hardware store, or Lowes or Home Depot. I have found the hardware store usually has most any type of fastners. If they dont have exactly what you need, you can usually find something that will work.

Those are GM #381700 speed nuts - Rick's has them, 4 to a pack, their #HW-35.

I also replaced my heater control a couple of months ago. Those little speed nuts were a pain. I found them at a local Paint/Glass supply shop. Make sure you get the correct size.
