what type of end, straight or 90 degree, is normally used on a big block? I've run both types, but which do you feel is better?

I like the 45 degree yellow 8mm Taylor wires. Also the plugs on my 454 are in at an angle,I use spark plug wire kit too, they help keep the wires away from the hot exhust manifold.

I agree with above 45 degree 8 mm Taylor wires (only I use red). I have these on my 67 SS 396 Chevelle running through billet aluminum looms and Dynomax headers. Fit perfect with no burning.

Re: spark plug wires

Can anyone give me the model number of those Taylor wires for BBC? I can't get any Accel yellow wires as I don't see any 45 degree Accels.... So I'll check out Taylor...
