Firewall clean up, need to verify locations

Prepping to swap in this LSX and I'm cleaning up the driver side of the firewall. Before I do away with these holes, thought I'd verify their purpose... It's sad, I know the master cylinder location and the steering shaft location. You guys are going to laugh, I have no clue about the rest. I've totally forgot what they're for.

Red - was this the clutch? I'm removing it.
Light Blue - Throttle linkage? I'm drive by wire, I'm removing it.
Dark Blue - No clue
Pink - I believe this was something to do with the factory wiring harness. I'm going with American Autowire, do they use this spot? If so, I may need to keep it.
Green - No clue,
Yellow - No clue

Re: Firewall clean up, need to verify locations

Thanks, I guess I'll leave the fuse block, parking brake, and possibly the speedo.
