LS rod?

The on line info from gmpp that i am looking at has conflicting rod data. One source has the 430 and the 525 with a floating pin and the 480 witth a press pin. The other has both the 430 and 480 with a press. I believe 12649190 is a press and 12607475 is a bushed floater. Anyone know whats correct?

67RSSS......owned since 69. A basket case for most of it.

The earlier engines GEN III had the rods with press pins. They transitioned at one point to floating rods. A pretty common mod is to swap from the gen III press pin style to the gen IV floating rod. They're a touch beefier and hold up to a little more abuse.
