Trans mount

I’m doing a LS swap with Tremec TKO 600, who has the best trans crossmember for exhaust line up to Holley headers and over all fit? Holley says to use there 12626hkr with some fabrication, it’s for a t56, any ideas? Thanks in advance

Re: Trans mount

If Holley says to use a certain header then I would suggest you use that header

Re: Trans mount

Are you comfortable fabbing? In my case I found something not to like in most of the tko crossmembers available. Just about anyone who will sell you the trans has a crossmember available. I am mix and match with hooker engine mounts and a bowler crossmember. I dunno how/whos headers will fit on this yet but the ls and the tko fit up fine. John may be able to tell you what you need to do to a T56 mount to have it fit a tko.

I ended up using the Hurst Driveline TKO Xmember. I originally ordered the SST X Member and read on here about the exhaust issues. After having both. I can honestly say 6 one way, half a dozen the other. Pick your poison.

I have absolutely no complaints on the SST crossmember in my TKO600.
