LS Swap wiring question

Hey all!! I have a 67 that Iím doing an LS swap. I have a PSI standalone harness and a new American Auto Wire harness. What do I with the wires for the ignition, regulator, alternator, starter from the AAW harness?

If they wonít be used I would just terminate them with shrink wrap and wrap into harness. Either that or strip them out of the harness and toss them aside.

You still need the ignition and starter wires. AWW harness works is with LS single wire alt. AWW upgrade harness does not have wires for regulator or factory horn relay.
