How much does a second and first gen camaro weigh.

year weight (lbs)
1967 2920
1968-69 3050

70 3172
72&73 3200
74 3450
75 3600
76 3576
77 3529
78&79 3425
80&81 3385

The first gens are all coupes not conv, the conv's are at least 100 lbs heavier (the rest didnt have convertible as an option)

as you see it varies through the years, these are the actual shipping weight of each car

I just weighed my 68 SS/RS 396 at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix, and it is 3470

That was just the car. The scale didnt go high enough to weigh us both. lol

My 69z28(x77) car 350 4spd, with factory
gauges, no spare tire and cragar ss rims
and a half tank of gas weighs 3110 lbs, without the driver.
