Hello everyone,

It's been a while... (too darn busy working). Anyhow, I finally tracked down the guy built the engine in my 67 and I wanted to know what kind of questions I should ask? I know absolutely nothing about the engine other than the visible / obvious. What would you ask about?

I would ask what the crank stroke is, what the rod length is, what the compression is, what the cam specs are and possibly what grind number and manufacturer. I would also ask if it was balanced. Might also ask what material the rods, crank, and pistons are made of... are they stock parts, new forged or cast steel, are the pistons cast, hypereutectic, or forged...
