Is there some sort of cooling system I can get for relatively cheep for my camaro. The heat here in Phoenix is getting pretty bad. I'd like to get someting until I get the cash for a vintage air system. I don't think I can survive 3-4 more months of 105-118 degrees.

Not completely sure here but I think the portable a/c units you might be thinking of will probably cost almost as much or more than the vintage unit. I'm in the same boat as you are....guess I will have to deal with the old "windows down at 70" a/c
until I can afford the vintage a/c unit.

Go buy a bucket with AC in it already. Drive the Camaro when the sun goes down.

Oh well, I'll just wait too. I don't think I think a bucket would cost just as much as a new ac unit. I think I remember seeing a portable misting system at one of those As seen on TV stores. I think that might help a little.

Oh and when the sun goes down it is still in the 90's...
