I have what might be a stupid ? did they make a 1969 pace car that was not a conv the reason I ask is because there is one on ebay that is a hard top Thanks

not a stupid question at all. There were special hartops made with the white and orange color combo that look like the pace cars and the pace car replicas. They did not get the door decals and are not officialy pace car replicas but many people will refer to them as pace car hartops. They are fairly rare but perhaps not quite as desireable as a convertible pace car replica.

Also, they were available with any interior color, not just orange houndstooth.

Actually no Z10 is known to have an orange interior. The only "approved" colors for orange were Hugger orange and Tuxedo black. Thus a white coupe would have required a special order to be built with an orange interior.

There was a white/orange 69 on ebay but it was not a Z10.

I seen it too. Funny how the cowl tag has a interior code of 727 (ivory) but in the pics it is black. I always thought the z10 cars were orange houndstooth like the converts.
