All badges are held in with pal nuts on posts through holes in the sheetmetal. I assume the car is together. The "Camaro" on the fender is the hardest. You will need to loosen the fender at the bottom, and reach in with a ratchet, and remove 3 nuts. If you have quarter louvers, you will need to remove the rear interior panel. The rest can be accessed from the hood or trunk.

I have fairly small arms, so I was able to access the quarter louver nuts by removing the ventillation cover in the door jamb and reaching in from there with a wrench.
