My 69 is a manual top. Is it possible to purchase the required parts and make it open and close automatically?

You can change it to a power top, but it will be VERY expensive! Not only will you have to get the pump, lines, cylinders, but you also need a different top assembly. The folding top was different between the power top and the manual. Stay with what you have.
If you add power to your present top, it won't work.

I like my manual top. It takes me about a minute to put the top down and latch it by myself. I don't think a Camaro needs a power top. I guess it's nice if you get caught in a storm.

Less weight with my manual top. Better HP to weight ratio!!!

Seriously, the conversion is involved to a purpose I really do not understand. I may be in the minority but I could better understand going the opposite way. I like simplicity.
