I'm sick of working on my car.

Well, no, not really, but school starts really soon and since I'll be taking 7 or 8 classes I really don't have time to fix my car at the moment. Does anyone know of a good shop that can do some engine troubleshooting and not completely drain my bank account? I live in the bay area and was planning on taking it to speed merchant this week but am open to whatever suggestions you car gods might have. Thanks.

Curtis, I thought you worked on your car behind your dads shop or a friends dads shop or something. Guess not if you don't have a place to take it. I don't want to sway you from Speed Merchant as they are a quality shop and I know a few folks that's pay checks come from there. I have always done business with Victory Machine (Pearl and Auto Mall Expressway off the 87).

well the problem is that I simply don't have the time this week to figure out what's wrong and the shop is pretty busy right now (I think they got three or four cars to fix before I could get in to use a lift) and I haven't been able to figure it out by myself with the timing and tuning. I'll give both shops a call tomorrow morning, thanks for the advice.
