Dennis, I've seen the aftermarket kits but I'd rather not spend the $600-$700 or so if I can make some mods to my current regulators.
I'm wondering if one could cut off the crank handle mechanism and build a bracket to mount the motor and be doen with it, or if there are more intricate differences such as different gearing, totally different design requirements for the regulator, where to mount the motor so it won't interfere with window operation etc.
Thanks for any input-also if anyone's got an interchange manual that list other donor cars would be great.
