Does anybody know the fair market value of a 69 DZ 302 long block. The engine is is great shape. The car was wrecked beyond restoration. I want to make the guy and offer but I don't want to pay too much. I don't have a Z to put it in but I do like the high revs you can get out of them. I am thinking about buying the engine and then looking for a rolling chassis to put it in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Are your SURE the body is beyond repair? After all the discussion on swapping vin tags if its there I would think it would be worth looking into. I'm from the St. Louis area and I might be interested. Email me
