The formula RPM * CID / 3456 will give you the peak flow rate in cubic feet per minute. If you divide that number by (8 * crosss_sectinal_area) in square feet (yes I know) of your ports, you'll get the peak linear flow in feet per minute. It's difficult to get an exact figure because turbulance and other tweaky things upset the result.
