Help! Weird noise from Fuel Filter

Just started up my 68 Ls2 after being parked and not driven for a while. I noticed this weird noise video below?

What could it be? Is it bad? Thanks

Re: Help! Weird noise near differential

Start it up, and disconnect the fuel pump to see if it stops.. It sounds like a rotational noise like something is out of balance.

Put your hand on the fuel pump and feel the noise?
If you do, bad pump. Change pump, change filter.

Re: Help! Weird noise near differential

Since the filter looks to be a regulator type - having more than two nipples - IN/OUT plus overflow, the noise very well may have been the filter regulating.
