68 RS cooling fan configuation

I have a 68 RS I installed a 350 crate engine in it. Does any one have pictures of the cooling fan configuration? No ac just power steering and alternator. When I bought the car it had a crappy electric fan that didnít work. It also had billet aluminum serpentine pulleys. I put a flexalite fan from summit on it and now the belt sequels at high RPMs. I want to go back to how the car was in 1968. I have all the original v-belt pulleys but I donít have a fan clutch. Do I need a fan clutch?? The owner I bought the car from said he changed to the serpentine set up because the v-belt keep coming off at high RPMs ??
