how to install an overflow tank

Just wondering if anyone has any diagrams or clear instructions and pictures of how to install an overflow tank. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: how to install an overflow tank

basically the overflow tank bolts wherever you have room...you run the hose coming out of the bottom of the tank to the overflow tube by the rad cap...fill it to the fill line, and you`re done...pretty easy...

Re: how to install an overflow tank

I know the '67 never came with them. I never bothered to install an aftermarket either because I check my fluids about once a week any ways! I did install one on my jeep and it helped but looks really ugly! Simple install, be sure to mount it as high as you bossibly can!

Search "radiator overflow". Many threads dealing with this...
