Sloping Radiator

I have a 23" three row radiator in a 68. It was in the car when I bought it and is aftermarket. When bolted to the radiator support, the radiator is about 1/2" to 5/8" higher on the driver's side than on the passenger side (so the radiator tubes are at a slight, but noticable, angle). The radiator support is NOS. The radiator brackets seem to have been installed correctly.

I could redrill the holes in the passenger side bracket, but that would be pretty ugly.

Any thoughts or ideas? Has anyone had an aftermarket piece that is this far off?

Re: Sloping Radiator

I would say either the holes in the pass bracket are int he wrong place or the pass bracket soldered on the tank in the wrong place from drvr side, measure with a ruler to compare each side.

I'm sure the support holes are in the right place since its NOS.
