Aluminum radiator and stock shroud

I'm looking at buying a aluminum radiator for my 1969 Camaro, but I want to keep the stock fan shroud. Do the radiators come with the stock fan shroud mounting tabs? if not, how do you mount the shroud to the radiator. Thanks in advance!!!!

Re: Aluminum radiator and stock shroud

My Griffin does have the tabs for the factory shroud. I know Alumitech will add them at no charge, just ask when ordering.

Another option is the Summit kit that bolts on.

The radiator from Summit Racing has tabs available from them to mount your shroud to the radiator.

Thank you for the info. I will look into the mounting tabs when I order the radiator.

Check with one of our sponsors, http://entropyrad.com

I just replaced my 23" 4 row core with one of their two row wide tube aluminum radiators.

It was a direct drop in and had the clips , used my stock fan shroud. You might pay a little more but they are better constructed than others made in China. These are made in Chicago, USA.
