Air conditioning swap

Is it possible to take an original a/c unit from a small block 67 and install it into a non a/c big block 68? How much of a hassle would it be? How much money? How do they perform? Basically would it be worth it?

Thank you.

Re: Air conditioning swap

Firewalls are different for a/c cars over non-a/c cars. Go to Rick's and look at the firewalls for a/c cars and non-a/c cars. One the large hole sits vertical, the other horizontal. And I don't know if the a/c unit is differrent between the BB and SB cars.
