Heater Box Question:

I have a big hole in my heater box. I'm guessing it occurred when the heater core was replaced, as the pipe goes through this, and if you look closely, it looks like there was a screw hole to mount a grommet flange.
Question is, I cant seem to find this gromet flange thingy anywhere. I can have the hole repaired., but how is it sealed???

Does anyone have a picture of what this should look like when installed?
Thanks!

This seal just screws onto the housing. but it looks like you need a little repair in that area as well. The hole looks too big.
