Adapter to fit on Factory AC Center Vent Duct

Hey guys, does anyone know where I can get an adapter to fit on the end of the plastic factory center vent adapter for 67-68 camaros? I was looking at Rick's Camaro catalog from 2008 and they used to sell one, but they don't anymore. I'm installing a Vintage Air GenIV and want to use the factory stuff because the Vintage Stuff doesn't fit well.

Thanks,

Thanks,
Call Vintage Air. You need the adapter that is supplied in the "with Factory AC" Kit as shown on page 9

Thanks for the reply. My post might not have been clear. Vintage Air has a plastic adapter that the metal vent attaches to... but it doesn't fit as well as the factory one in the pictures I posted. I'm looking for an adapter that attaches to the bottom of factory plastic adapter. It then allow you to attach the flexable vent hose to it. Someone use to make one, but maybe they either don't make it anymore or when out of business.

Thanks,

Thanks,
it doesn't

Try "Classic Auto Air" - they sell lots of parts to incorporate the OEM parts into your system.

Actually I would have recommended a Classic system instead of a Vintage for this type of installation - Vintage's are okay for street rods ... sometimes ...

The main Advantage VA has over Classic is you get rid of all the cables. You still use you OEM Control Panel and Louvers.

I have installed 4 VA Systems and have not experienced any real fitment problems.

btw You can remove the heater box without removing the fender. Just take the bolt out of the inner fender and the bottom bolts on the fender and you can (with some finesse) get to the bolts
