Nova heater control lever repair

Where does a guy find any info on how to repair the broken levers on a heater control on a 72 nova? I tried to buy a new one but couldn't get one with AC, they were backordered. Should be the same as a 67-9 camaro?

Re: heater control lever repair

I don't know about info. I took three units with broken levers and made two good ones out of them (non A/C). It's been so long I don't remember how i did it but it wasn't too hard.

Re: heater control lever repair

67-8 and 69 are different. The defroster lever is the one that usually breaks on the 67-68 and this is the piece that fixes it:
I did this on my car and it worked perfect.
