Off / Deice Lever Switch

I am installing a vintage air system in my 69. When I removed the air control lever assembly I broke a switch that mounts to lever linkage on the off/deice lever.

I don't know what this switch is, can someone help me identify it and if I need it for the vintages air installation?

Thanks for the help!!!

Re: Off / Deice Lever Switch

I think I figured it out, I believe it is the switch to turn on the blower motor and the blower motor is removed with the VA unit installation. Therefore it should not be required.
