The clutch would be my concern too, that's why I don't do our annual graffiti night parade. 2 hours of riding the clutch don't sound like fun.
I would think your stock cooling system should work, maybe pull the radiator and have a shop "rod it out" if you think it's time for it's 50yr cleaning, or at least a good flushing out.
