Vintage Air Gen IV Sure Fit for 67-68 revised evaporator released

I was getting ready to purchase a Vintage Air Gen IV Sure Fit system for my 1968 Firebird with factory AC (which is missing all the parts except the vents and ducts). I was informed that they have changed the design of the evaporator on May 1st, 2018 so now the hoses will route through the kick panel and blower hole opening instead of the firewall (which I wanted in the first place). The evaporator comes with the kick panel and blower hole block off plates now. Just thought you should know.

I am glad that mine still gave me the firewall option.... hate to have to remove front fender just to change a hose... my opinion.
