Vintage air geniv expansion valve stuck?

Need experienced advice,
Recently the trinary switch failed at the exact same time as the heater valve servo.

I purchased a new trinary switch since it was not part of the sure fit package when I purchased system.

System install is two summer old and never cooled down past 70* this is the first summer the car was driven daily in 90* to 100*weather and ran constantly at full cooling potential.

Problem:

The system was evacuated, trinary switch and heater valve replaced.

The system was then re-evacuated, tested for integrity, and then filled with 28 oz. of R134A –compressor oil mix and function tested at 1500 rpm in 95* ambient temperatures.

Resulting in the following condition:

High pressure settled in at 350 psi

Low pressure settled in at 50 psi

And center vent temp was at 70*

Trouble shoot attempt: tested at 1500 rpm in 95* ambient temperatures

Manually purged low side charge port until High pressure manifold gauge was 240 psi and Low pressure gauge was 19 psi

Result was vent temps would not cool below 80*

2nd Attempt: tested at 1500 rpm in 95* ambient temperatures

Re-evacuate system – Re-charged system to 28.5 oz R134A, function tested.

System would not cool down center vent past 70*

Manifold pressure on both high and low were still high.

High pressure settled in at 350 psi

Low pressure settled in at 50 psi

And center vent temp was at 70*
