Out with old in with new

Well took out my old radiator for the new one from Eric at Cold Case. The BB radiator fit right in like a glove, the new shroud fit perfect. The only altercations I had to do is get a spring for the lower radiator hose and get a new upper hose. (Be in tomorrow). Everything went perfect, will keep you informed if this cured my heating problem. (Snow on ground and more this week coming). Might be a while, but here are some pics of the install.
Thanks Eric

Re: Out with old in with new

Well 65 out today, took car for a run with new Cold Case radiator and thermastat. Ran great and had a hard time getting it to 170, had to leave sit and idle for about a 1/2 hour to get it to 180.
One problem taken care of, THANKS Eric and Cold Case.

Still can't post pics, dont know what's going on with that.

Nice to have car that doesn't overheat!! I'm happy with my Cold Case too. As far as pics I believe you either have to have a paid membership or host pics from an offline site.

Re: Out with old in with new

Lee are you getting an error message? Are you using the "old school" attachment manager or the new drag and drop feature?

The site was performing maintenance the other day but not sure if that effected uploads or not.

Try again

Are you getting an over size warning in the uploader?

Hummmm I used it this evening with no issues. What browser and version are you using? I'm using Firefox 60x with no issues.

Downloaded firefox and it worked the way it's supposed to, why doesn't Google Chrome work?

Exclamation Re: Out with old in with new

Humm your example above with two photos says Chrome so I assume you mean why doesn't it work with Internet Explorer? Microsoft has depreciated IE 11 and lower so as sites change code in the ever futile attempt to remain secure, older browsers get left behind fast. If you are still using Windows 7 - support ends Jan 2020 - and it has IE 11 you will find more and more sites will start to fail to function 100%.

Options are of course - upgrade to Windows 10 with Edge which ironically is automatically backwards compatible to IE 11
But if staying with Windows 7 for a while longer - Use a secure browser such as Firefox and Opera, or an advertising miner for Google such as Chrome, or the soon to be available Amazon browser for Android systems called "Internet".
