about half the size of a pack of cigarettes. silvery top with little screws on tabs on the bottom edge that wires attach too.
Think Zippo lighter, kinda like that only a bit bigger.
Thanks guys. Great info. We're trying to get the horn to work and wanted to see if we had the right thing when we were hooking to the relay. Seems like it still isn't working. The way we're looking at it, it seems to be black from the horn to the relay and then green from the relay to the physical horn, right? What are we missing? Again, thanks for the help. Mark
Yup, the black wire is from the horn button (grounds the relay coil, whose contacts then send 12V through the green wire to the horns). Does the relay click when you push the horn button or ground the black wire? If not, the relay is shot. If it clicks and you see 12V at the green wire but the horns don't blow, the problem is in the horns (shot or bad ground). Make sure the relay itself has a good, shiny ground where it attaches to the rad support.
