Thumbs up Hunt Valley Horsepower - Baltimore area

They meet every Saturday morning from 8 - 10 but will be having a huge 2 year anniversary gathering on 3/29:

Hunt Valley Horsepower's 2nd Anniversary

850 automobiles and 2400 enthusiasts participated in Hunt Valley Horsepower's 1st Anniversary on Saturday, March 30, 2013. Add the 2nd Anniversary to your calendar and spread the word with your car club, family and friends.

This year, Hunt Valley Horsepower will host MotorWeek, television's original automotive magazine! They'll be filming and conducting interviews with members of our community and combining this coverage with filming from their first visit on August 10. Later this year, you'll see the story on international television. Be sure that you, your car club, and of course your top automobile are looking their best!

Dave Serio's radio show called "You Auto Know" will also be broadcasting from Joe's Crab Shack from 8 - 10 AM!

Facebook Gathering Page - https://www.facebook.com/events/741077222576981

Date & Time - Saturday, March 29 from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.; Show cars can enter the coned area starting at 6:30 a.m. Large groups are strongly encouraged to arrive early for the best accommodations.

Rain or Shine? - If Hunt Valley is experiencing inclement weather (steady rain, thunderstorms, etc.), the rain date is Saturday, April 5. As March 29 approaches, this page will be updated with the latest weather-related news.

Location - Hunt Valley Towne Centre (50 Shawan Road, Cockeysville, MD)

Directions - I-83 to Exit 20A (Shawan Road East); 1/2 mile to HVTC on the left; when on the grounds, show vehicles turn right at the main entrance and proceed toward Joe’s Crab Shack; spectator vehicles turn left at the main entrance and proceed toward Wegmans

Automobiles - If you car, truck or SUV is your passion, you're invited. All marques and all generations are invited to participate. You'll see classic, luxury and exotic cars and many classifications in between.

Food & Drink - Caribou Coffee, Panera, Chick-fil-A and Wegmans will be open and there will be food and drink sales within our gathering area.

Admission - Free for show car owners and spectators!

Safety and On-Site Demeanor Guidelines - We're approved guests of Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, the management team of Hunt Valley Towne Centre (HVTC). Be respectful guests. Maintaining safety and respect for our group as well as HVTC patrons and businesses are top priorities. Thank you for all of your positive efforts in the past and thank you in advance for your positive efforts at future gatherings.

On your way to and from Hunt Valley, please respect local speed limits and traffic laws. While on HVTC grounds, please abide by the posted speed limits (10 mph in the parking areas and 15 mph on the HVTC access loop) and respect all rights of way.

Our gathering location features long lanes between brackets of parking spaces and there may be open spans on the access road. While it may be tempting to hit the gas pedal, there are other participants – including their children – as well as HVTC patrons that may not be aware of a speeding vehicle approaching their path. Its about safety and respect for everyone on HVTC grounds and elsewhere.

Prohibited - Speeding, burnouts, exhaust sound displays, sound system displays, operation of remote-controlled aircraft that is unaffiliated with Hunt Valley Horsepower LLC and any activities that compromise the safety of persons, automobiles and property

Please understand that on-site sales promotion – such as the distribution of promotional flyers, display of promotional signs, products, etc. and vehicles adorned with promotions – that is not approved by Greenberg Gibbons Commercial is prohibited. Also, out of respect for our host, automobile sale signs and displays are not permitted. Feel free to list your personal automobile sale at horsepowering.com/classifieds.

Please deposit all refuse in appropriate containers throughout the site. Thank you in advance for adhering to these guidelines. Its all about making Hunt Valley Horsepower a safe and enjoyable place for everyone during our Saturday morning gatherings.

I might be there as well. If you see this:

I'll be somewhere around probably with my wife and 2 kids. Look for the drop-dead perfect 10 mommy with the ugly dad and two kids who got their looks from mom.

I don't think I'll make it now. My wife had other plans and, well, I've been married long enough to know better than argue...

Re: Hunt Valley Horsepower - Baltimore area

I made it (late) but the Camaro had other ideas

Seems like it's always something Little plastic piece for the gas pedal broke and I lost all power. Had to turn around and limp home, grab the truck, and b-line it over there....BIG turn out too
