New guy here. This may be commonly asked

Would it be easy to buy a 4th gen V6 camaro for cheap and and swap to an LS2 engine and trans, with an airbagit suspension, and then just modify from there how I want? Or should I just buy a straigh Z28 and modify from there? Just want to be a sleeper with looks. Any help or suggestions would be great.
