Smile Thinking about flowmaster super 44

I am thinking of putting the flowmasters super 44 on my 11 camaro ss and I was wondering if anyone knew what the offset is for the outlets? Would this one work 942545 that's the part number from flowmaster but I'm thinking that both in/outlet are centered.

Thanks guys for all your help,
Boban

Boban,

The muffler offset will depend on the configuration of the pipes you’ll be using. Here’s a picture of our Cat-Back kit PN:817481.

Here’s a picture of our Hushpower mufflers in Axle-Back kit PN:819106.

Boban be carefull - I had Flowmasters 40 series installed on my Camaro. They sounded like Glass paks and at 40 mph , I had such a dronning that they loosend all my tooth fillings . took them off and replaced them with Danamax, What a difference.

Re: Thinking about flowmaster super 44

Gutterball – What year was your Camaro? Did you have the Flowmaster 40 Series (the Original two-chamber), Super 40, or Delta 40? Each muffler has a little different sound. They will all act a different with every engine and every application.

All mufflers especially act completely different with the new computer controlled 5th gen Camaros. Instead of using standard 40 Series mufflers, we make custom designed 40 Series mufflers for the American Thunder kits for these 5th gen Camaros because sound is just as important to use as the power improvement of complete bolt-on Cat-Back and Axle-Back systems built for specific applications.

I'm running the 3'' super 44 with x pipe behind a 388 sbc. People ask all the time ,,, is that a big block. Very happy with them.

Nyxeroz – Thanks for considering Flowmaster for your Camaro! Have you heard the system in action? Here’s a video to give you an idea of how it sounds inside and out.
