Question Tires and Wheels on a 2012 Camaro 1LS

I am the proud owner of a new 2012 "empty bucket" Camaro LS. Now I want to add some new wheels and tires! I want to use 245/45-20s on the front and 275/40-20s on the back. Any spacing problems with that? Does anyone have Camaro LS offset specs? Also, any problems with up to 10" rims on the back? Lastly, any words of wisdom re: TPMS. Re-use the originals? problems with after market sensors? Many thanks, Bill.
