Dual mode exhaust

I have just purchased a new 2015 2ss 1le Camaro. Does anyone know how the dual mode exhaust works, Is it automatic or is there a switch I cant find. Hate to ask a dumb question. Thanks Mike

Re: Dual mode exhaust

From what I have read in the trades, at 3500 RPM the electronic valve automatically opens to partially bypass the mufflers and make it a straight back exhaust giving free-flow. I think there was a mild-to-wild remote control included. Some folks just pull the fuse to open the butterfly's all the time.

Re: Dual mode exhaust

The "Wild to Mild" switches are an aftermarket item. It is not on the car from the factory.
